Weakness: Work lost, as the business will not bribe its way into contracts or be a part of unfair tender practices.

Advantage: A wealth of experience built up in the industry well associated with professional teams in South Africa Experienced in ALL aspects of the construction industry, not only ‘bricks and mortar’ construction. In house ability to do, inter alia.

Threats: Having to compete in a country where contracts are awarded on a non-meritorious basis.
